These terms apply to your use of progressnode.digital and to consulting services offered by ProgressNode Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 46176403, Representative Chen Hao-Chen).
Website use
You may browse this site for business information. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without permission, or scrape content in a way that impairs service for others.
Services
We provide paid programming consulting: project-based software engineering, technical reviews, and implementation support for internal business tools. Specific fees, deliverables, and timelines appear only in a signed statement of work or order form — not on this marketing site.
No professional emergency service
We are not an on-call incident response provider unless that scope is explicitly contracted.
Intellectual property
Site copy and design are owned by us. Client engagements address IP in the statement of work; unless agreed otherwise, you receive rights needed to operate deliverables inside your organization.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Taiwanese law, our liability for website use is limited to direct damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Caps and exclusions for consulting work are defined in each engagement contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Tainan City shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
