Engagement model
How ProgressNode scopes and delivers programming consulting for internal business tools — from intake through handoff.
We designed this page for teams comparing vendors after an ad click: you should see how work is structured before any contract language.
Who this fits
Organizations that need a senior engineer for internal tools — inventory trackers, approval workflows, operations dashboards, or bridges between an ERP and a warehouse scanner app. We are not a consumer app studio and we do not sell packaged SaaS seats.
Engagement types
Fixed-scope build — You own the requirements document (or we help draft one). We quote engineering days, milestones, and acceptance checks. Payment terms are defined in the statement of work; specific fees are confirmed only after scoping.
Review-only — You keep implementation in-house. We deliver a written findings report with prioritized risks, test gaps, and suggested remediation order.
Embedded support — Your developers lead; we join stand-ups for a defined period to unblock authentication, data migration, or release automation.
Artifacts you receive
Every paid engagement ends with tangible outputs: merged code or review documents, a short runbook, and a handoff call recorded only if you request it. We do not withhold repositories as leverage.
Timelines and communication
We respond to new inquiries within two business days. Active projects use email and your chosen chat tool; we do not add surveillance analytics to your repositories.
Next step
When you are ready, use the contact form with a plain-language description of the tool, users, and systems it must talk to. If email is easier, write to the address listed on the contact page.
